About The Tattooed Countess

At TTC we offer one of a kind and ready to wear pieces made by hand in the heart of the UK. I pride myself into making sure every item is made with the highest quality and, for larger projects, have a selection of local talented seamstresses that I work with in order to achieve that. The environment and battling fast fashion is very important to me, that is why I offer pieces made from recycled fabrics along with a selection of ready to wear pieces.

I am a lover of historical clothing and my aim is to bring elements of the beautiful fashions of the past to life and make them fashionable and wearable today, with that I also love the fashions of fantasy worlds so my goal is combining the two to make interesting and beautiful pieces that anyone can wear and love today. I work with a lot of beautiful new fabrics but know the environmental impact it can have, so as a keen recycler, many of my pieces are made out of recycled fabrics making them one of a kind.

I studied fashion and clothing in college and always wanted to attend university but life got in the way, that didn't stop me learning everything I know for myself. I have been making clothing since 2010 and gained a love for costume making in 2018, since then I have created a collection of costumes and props, worked with a number of theatres and companies to create pieces for stage and tv.
